1. Who we are
This website (triopsisos.ai) is operated by Triopsis Limited ("Triopsis", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05880688, with its registered office at TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 8BN, United Kingdom.
Triopsis Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at admin@triopsisos.ai or by post at the registered address above.
2. Personal data we collect
Contact enquiries
When you submit the "Get in touch" form we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company or organisation, and the content of your message. This is sent by email to our team so we can respond.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect or store any personal data or personally identifiable information. It records aggregate, anonymous measurements such as page URL, referrer, browser and operating system type, device type and country, derived without storing your IP address. Because no personal data is stored, we do not require a cookie consent banner for analytics.
Account data (restricted areas)
Parts of this site (for example the internal analytics dashboard) require sign-in. For those users we process an email address, authentication identifiers and sign-in timestamps supplied via the chosen sign-in method.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider processes standard server and security logs (including IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain availability.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Contact form details | Legitimate interests / steps prior to entering a contract |
| Understanding site usage in aggregate | Anonymous analytics measurements | Legitimate interests (no personal data stored) |
| Providing secure access to restricted areas | Account and authentication data | Legitimate interests / contract |
| Security, fraud prevention and availability | Server and security logs | Legitimate interests |
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We will only send you marketing communications where you have asked us to or where permitted by law, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics provider is cookieless. Where you sign in to a restricted area, a strictly necessary cookie or local storage entry is used to keep you signed in; these are essential to the service and cannot be disabled while you remain signed in.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Our website hosting and application platform provider.
- Our database, authentication and transactional email provider.
- Our analytics provider (aggregate, non-personal measurements only).
These providers act under contract and may only process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
7. How long we keep data
- Contact enquiries: retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer.
- Account data: retained while the account is active and for a short period afterwards.
- Server and security logs: retained for a short period in line with our provider's standard retention.
- Analytics: aggregate and anonymous, retained indefinitely as statistics with no personal data.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, email admin@triopsisos.ai. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, United Kingdom — ico.org.uk.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on restricted areas, and reputable infrastructure providers. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. External links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
13. Legal and privacy contact
For privacy requests — including access, correction, erasure, objection or any question about this policy — email admin@triopsisos.ai. Please include enough detail for us to identify you and your request; we aim to respond within one month.
